See how to organise your catalogue
One test business per business type, with sample data. Open each catalogue the way your customer sees it, on screen or on your phone through the QR Code, and see what each one demonstrates.
How to structure your catalogue
The same five steps work for a bakery, a salon or a hotel.
-
Create categories
Group what you sell: Breads, Rooms, Drinks, Services. Customers browse by them. From Karibu Premium on, split them into subcategories, for example Drinks › Juices.
-
Add products or services
Name, price and description, in Portuguese and, if you like, in English. Customers pick the language in the catalogue; anything without a translation shows in Portuguese.
-
Set the status
Available, made to order (with lead time), unavailable or hidden. Nothing is deleted: only the status changes.
-
Add images
One photo per product on every plan. With the Karibu Premium carousel, up to 5 photos per product.
-
Share the QR Code and the link
A single QR Code for the business and the catalogue link for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Customers can order, pay online or send the order on WhatsApp.
